Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Place the item in its original GEM Pawnbrokers packaging, ensuring all original certificates of authenticity, dust bags, and accessories are included.

  Ship to GEM

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and security seals, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
